    When you create your dream team, everyone has to be the right fit for YOU. Let's meet via Zoom for 20 minutes and see if we're a match.

  • $450 for a 3-hour package ($150/hr)

    Three hourly sessions over Zoom to dive into paperwork strategy and improvements (content & structure), advocacy platform development and talking point framing and messaging. Outside of these hour-long sessions, I independently research platform opportunities, develop questions and share marketing templates to put your plan in motion. 

    Book 5 hrs - $700 (save $50)
    Book 10 hrs - $1375 (save $125)

    (3 hours minimum per pageant year)

    Deciding whether or not to work together? Send in your paperwork and we will conduct a 10-minute mock interview via Zoom. Following the mock interview, we will debrief with paperwork recommendations and suggested next steps for your preparation. Usually, we are able to repeat this process in one hour. This session may be purchased as a first-time client or by a current client as an add-on to any package. 

    Mock Interview 5 pack - $700 (save $50)

  • $1250
    Includes two 1-hour sessions + 4-hour bootcamp + an interview with a panel of diverse state-level judges from within and outside of pageantry. 
Covers personal brand, paperwork and interview prep (it's just kind of an express day!)

    *Available virtual or in person in NYC. $350 deposit required to hold date; balance due at Bootcamp.

    *Some people have opted to skip mock interview and just have 6 hours in person 1:1. Works for me!

  • $2700

    Includes three 1-hour sessions + two full intensive days in NYC, including an interview with a panel of diverse state-level judges from within and outside of pageantry. This two-day intensive is the deep dive into your personal brand, paperwork development, interview and public speaking training, aligning your brand across all areas of competition, and marketing plan development for your social impact initiative. This also includes a mock interview with a panel of judges. With this package, you also have full access to Claire at any time. 

    *Available in person in NYC. $500 deposit required to hold dates; balance due at Intensive. Weekdays and weekends available, first-come, first-serve (Spring Break is a popular time - reserve your spot!)

    Introductions and consultations with wardrobe showrooms, choreographers, voice coaches or other talent resources are included, but actual rehearsals should be scheduled outside of your 16-hour weekend with DEFINE. These sessions are at the cost of the individual. Photoshoots with Claire Buffie Photography are scheduled outside of your time with DEFINE, and are privy to discounted rates.

I aim to help you apply that knowledge and leverage your innate strengths and talents to take you a step above the rest. To complete your entire brand on stage and off, we discuss every phase of competition for continuity.

 

As Miss New York 2010, Claire Buffie traveled the state with an advocacy platform of LGBTQ+ equality, speaking to schools on behalf of PFLAG NYC and partnering with Marriage Equality New York, Empire State Pride Agenda where she was the recipient of the Douglas W. Jones Leadership Award, Human Rights Campaign, GLAAD and Broadway Impact to fight for the eventual passage of marriage equality. Keynote addresses included UBS, JPMorgan Chase, PepsiCo, Syracuse University, Ball State University. Claire was America's Choice and placed in the Top 12 at Miss America 2011. She has been a local director, member of the state prep team for NY, judge, sponsor and photographer in the Miss America Organization, seeing all sides of the organization.

After her year as Miss New York, she used her scholarship money to obtain her Master's in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University. With DEFINE, she has coached and mentored over 140 women across 40 states in MAO, including 4 Miss Americas, 2 MAOTs and 27 state titleholders.  Claire is currently the Creative Director for Dance Lab New York and resides in New York City and the Catskills with her husband, Nathan.

 

DEFINE, LLC was initially founded by Claire Buffie and Mallory Hagan (Miss America 2013) in 2014.
